“No-Cheese” Sauce

Soak cashews for one hour.
2 cups water
1 cup raw cashews
1 Tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/2 cup plant based milk, preferably almond
Place cashews, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, salt, and milk into blender.
Blend until smooth. Taste, checking if seasoned to your liking.
Add more milk if needed to get the consistency you prefer.
