I'm Kim Secrist.
And I understand what it means to carry too much for too long. I’ve navigated cancer, autoimmune disease, caregiving for aging parents, hormonal shifts, chronic exhaustion, and the slow erosion of knowing who I was underneath all of it.
I’ve sat in doctors offices being told my symptoms were a part of menopause & labs were fine, when I knew something was very wrong. I've tried to push through when my body was begging me to stop. And I've learned, the hard way, that the kind of wellness that actually works is not about doing more. It is about supporting your body differently.
I AM NOT HERE TO TELL YOU WHAT TO DO.

My signature method built on three simple pillars: Nourish, Regulate & Restore. Because you only have one body & 24 hours, so how you nourish it, regulate it, and restore determines everything.
